Cutting out these 4 Toxic Habits Will Help You Save Money and Increase your Health.

HAPPY FRIDAY!

Today I've listed some common bad habits that we all need to cut out of our lives to help better ourselves and our bank accounts.
Please feel free to leave a comment with some habits you currently struggle with and/or think are important to mention!

ENJOY xo

1) Smoking:
One pack of cigarettes is around $10, if you're a smoker consider how many packs you go through in a week. Not only is smoking one of the leading causes of lung failure and lung cancer but it also suffocates your saving. Removing your cigarette expense will help you increase your savings.

2) Drinking
Speaking to all the university students who get hammered every weekend, whether it's buying drinks at the bar or visiting LCBO every week, you spend $50+ on your 1942, Vodka or Hennessy.  Not to mention that alcoholism is linked to high blood pressure, heart attacks and blood clots.

3) Lack of Sleep
A lack of Sleep commonly leads to depression and strokes. When you're tired, depressed and irritated you become fatigue and end up more of the wrong foods (fast food). This can lead to over spending and irresponsible spending, effecting the amount of money to save.

4) Lack of Exercise
A lack of exercise commonly leads to anxiety and migraines. Healthy people tend to make better decisions, staying active helps you think clearly and focus on positive development such as your finances.

Hope this helps you all make better decisions during this time,
Stay safe & clean!
