LOCKDOWN🔐? FREEDOM✊🏾, UNKNOWN🤷🏽‍♀️: HOW TO STAY SANE, MOTIVATED AND ENERGIZED!

When I first wrote this blog a few months ago it looked like things were going back to normal. It seemed that workplaces were working towards slowly but surely getting back into the office. Shortly after, we went into another 28 day lockdown and now its being lifted? 

With so much unknown, it's important to stay focused, motivated and healthy.

Whether we are back indoors or not, these tips are relevant and will be beneficial to your ability to stay motivated, energized and sane during this time.

Stretch: Get the body moving everyday! Try to do three or four stretches a day to help get your body loosen up and get your body and mind pumped for the day.

Hydrate: Stay hydrated for your physical and mental health. This will reduce the amount of unhealthy snacks you may consume and will help keep you energized throughout the day. 

Organize your space: The worst thing to walk into or work in, is a messy space. When you declutter and organize your working space you'll feel clarity and have more motivation to get your work done. 

Journal: Journaling looks different for everyone, try different types of journals to help get your mind right. You can right down what you're grateful for, focus on your devotional or just write down your tasks for the day. Any type of journaling can only benefit your mind.
